Municipalities are supported in implementing their strategic development objectives and strategic plans
EU funding absorption capacities of local governments strengthened for 61 Municipalities in Albania

1.1 Europe for Municipalities Grant Scheme (EfMGS) set up and operational
1.2 Implementation and monitoring of EfMGS
2.1 Assistance during Preparatory Phase – Identification of Project ideas
2.2 Assistance during Preparatory Phase – Development of applications
2.3 Capacity Development Measures in Project Implementation Phase
Project is implemented in cooperation with Network of Associations of Local Authorities of South East Europe (NALAS) and Co-PLAN
